Send us an email along with your order number and photos of the damage on your bag. Once you've sent us those details and we've finished another tray of Tim Tams, we'll get back to you with a solution.
Depending on the type of damage your bag has incurred during it's travels to your humble abode, we will either provide a partial/full refund or full replacement.
Unfortunately we cannot send you any Tim Tams.
